EVENT COORDINATOR
Location: Canada, Toronto

Objective
The Event Coordinator will work with the marketing team to support FCBB in developing and maintaining a high level of communication standards in a non-profit environment, enabling the organization to achieve its goals.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinating the end-to-end – planning, coordination and execution - of events trough out the country;

Creating and updating logistical plans, event timelines and strategic promotions individually for each event;

Ordering event materials and marketing items;

Events’ participation in loco;

Communications and relationship-building with FCBB members, partners, speakers and many other stakeholders involved in the event process.
Skills and Qualifications

A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in event coordination or execution;

Ability to provide creative input and suggest innovative ways to communicate marketing messages;

Excellent time-management, organizational and communication skills;
-
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills;
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Event Planning, Marketing, Advertising or a similar field is preferred;

Fluency in English and Portuguese - mandatory.
