Antonio Misaka, MSc.
Antonio has experience in gathering business requirements and ensuring that the software platform operates with current and emerging technologies. Antonio's research work at the TIM program, Carleton University, is related to Software Product Line focusing on a multidimensional approach. The goal is to create a Requirements Analysis technique for configurable architecture platforms. Applying a Requirements Analysis Process based on User Requirements Notation (URN). Evaluating how Goal-oriented Requirement Language (GRL) and Use Case Maps (UCM) can be applied to uncover software configuration in the early stage of requirement analysis.
Currently, Antonio is deploying a private cloud system successfully for CompuCorps.org. He made upgrades from Essex to Havana (OpenStack). This private cloud platform is under performance test now, and new applications are being installed and customized.

Rodrigo de Vasconcellos, MBA.
Rodrigo has over 15 years of entrepreneurial experience, including 11 years in the chemical and construction industries in Brazil. He served in his own company in Brazil as a marketing director creating sustainable strategies and sustaining competitive advantages against multinational players. Rodrigo has experience in developing brands and innovative products, including projects in incubators at one of the best Brazilian University, the University of São Paulo (USP). He served as a leader in applying sales tactics to innovative products. Rodrigo also served as a Business Coach, working with the international certification of the Australian company Action COACH, one of the best business consulting franchises in the world, according to the Entrepreneur Magazine. During his tenure at Action COACH, he has conducted more than 100 workshops and trained over 50 entrepreneurs in niche marketing projects focusing on profitability, sales tactics, and process optimization. Rodrigo also conducted capacity building seminars with a focus on customer retention, implementing Business Intelligence / Balanced Scorecard, and in planning and developing teams. Rodrigo also served as a Director and Chairman of the Brazilian Subsidiary of the US-based BNI - Business Networking International, one of the top Networking institutions in the world.

Amar Rahou, PhD.
Amar Rahou holds a Ph.D. in economic and finance, an MSc. in management and development on international financial systems, and a BSc. in Accounting. He spent a large part of his career in various international assignments: as a researcher and lecturer at Glamorgan University in Wales-UK, a financial analyst in a financial company in London-UK, a GM of a financial market maker company in Dubai-UAE. On his return to Canada, he started to teach economic and finance courses in several academic institutions, such as Lakehead University - Orillia Campus, Centennial College, Humber College, and Durham College. Rahou's research interests are in the field of financial forecasting, corporate finance, and macro-finance. In his Ph.D. research, he did a research in modelling and forecasting the share price time series of the companies from the banking sector using the Artificial Neural Networks as the main approach, and his recent research was concerned with identifying a set of inputs that are salient to the financial time series that improve the reliability of financial forecasting for the share prices. Rahou is currently a full-time professor in finance degree in the business school, Humber College.

Dr. Marcos is an experienced IT professional with Ph.D. in Information Systems and more than eighteen years of experience in designing, implementing, and administering Information Systems. Dr. Marcos has extensive experience in cloud computing, information security, e-commerce, business intelligence, web design, database systems, information security, computer networks, project and process management, cloud computing platforms, capacity building, and business information systems infrastructure development. Dr. Marcos also has superior mediation skills, commitment to teamwork, and ability to work in a diverse, dynamic, multicultural environment with scarce resources.

Melanie holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in International Business. Currently, she has a team leading position in Project Implementation Office at one of Canada’s leading telecommunication companies. Melanie has experience in international business project management, data analysis, and team management, as well as expertise in leadership, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills .

She has over 13 years of experience in several areas including Finance, Stock Market, Administrative Management and Supply Chain Management. She is fluent in both Brazilian Portuguese and English which aligned with her discipline, organization, hands-on attitude and initiative will facilitate all FCBB international connections to succeed
Natália Valgode Scodino
Natália is an internationally trained lawyer, with postgraduate certificates in International Business Management (George Brown College), Small Business Entrepreneurship (George Brown College – Dean’s Honors List) and Real Estate Law (Potifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro – PUC-RIO). As a dedicated professional with over five years of experience in the business development and legal fields. As a senior lawyer, she worked in the biggest Brazilian telecommunication corporation, under the Contracts’ Legal Directory, Bids, and RFPs Management, also acting as an ambassador of the company on a committee of a Brazilian Telecommunication Union. Natália is an adaptable open-minded professional, fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. Her goal is to combine her legal and business experiences to help Canadian and Brazilian businesses to succeed.
Gabriela Moreira Msc.
Innovation and Academic Relations
Gabriela Moreira has over ten years of academic and Business Experiences in both teaching and consulting capacities. As an academic, Gabriela prepared and delivered lectures to students and conducted projects on research and innovation in partnership with 204 Ph.D. Professors from 18 different schools within her former university. In this capacity, Gabriela was able to design and coordinate R&D proposals funded by the government and industry stakeholders. As a consultant, Gabriela developed and implemented new processes, products, and services for small and mid-size businesses helping them to design their business models and operations.
Cleida Steinmetz Cruz
Cleida holds a Bachelor Degree in Mass Communications, with major in Journalism, and a post graduate degree in Marketing. Currently, she is the Senior Communications Advisor at WZ Marketing Communications, a Canadian company dedicated to promotional marketing. Cleida's primary expertise is in corporate communications and marketing strategies. She is an expert in public relations and in content development for marketing collateral such as newsletters, websites, press releases, blogs, custom magazines, business e-mails, and translations.
Cleida is also well versed with marketing strategies and multicultural orientation being able to communicate fluently in Portuguese, English, Spanish and German.
