We have an opportunity for HR Coordinator (focus on Learning and Development) on FCBB. This role will include the proposal and coordination of the learning activities, including to release communications, develop programs, respond to volunteers and manager inquiries on program availability, schedules, etc.

The HR Coordinator will develop training programs and learning materials using a variety of learning methodologies designed to support FCBB’s need, self-directed and web-based delivery mediums. It is expected to have creativity into all design elements for the creation of an interactive and effective learning experience.

The professional will join a team of dedicated professionals in a non-profit environment, enabling the organization to achieve its goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and share best practices with the team;

  • Support and conduct process improvements;

  • Design and develop appropriate training solutions for assigned projects, based on the outcome of analyzing business needs, performance goals, and audience;

  • Coordinate and continuously improve processes around performance assessment and succession planning/career development, as well as activities focused on retention of volunteers;

  • Organize training activities including e-learning for volunteers;

  • Create and implement new and interesting training for all volunteers.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Psychology;

  • 3-5 years’ Learning and Development experience required;

  • Ability to be flexible, handle multiple tasks, show initiative and work independently when needed;

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills;

  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential material;

  • Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills;

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;

  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented.

  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (mandatory).
