REGIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Objective

The Regional Business Development Manager (RBDM) will be responsible for developing, maintain, and improve business relationships with partners e associates in order to support current and future business by building networks.

The RBDM will report to the Director BD and will be responsible for part of the BD team.

The professional will join a team of dedicated professionals in a non-profit environment, enabling the organization to achieve its goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand your local market and potential client base;

  • Create a comprehensive plan to acquire new clients;

  • Strong relationship and networking skills to build connections, generate opportunities, and deliver bottom-line results;

  • Develop new and manage existing markets

  • Communicate customer expectations to the BD team;

  • Provide strategic input into the business.

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience in business development and/or project management in commercial;

  • University Degree or College Diploma in business, marketing, or related field required;

  • Excellent organizational skills and a good grasp of marketing and sales outreach tools like HubSpot and Salesforce;

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;

  • Capability to build relationships through productive two-way communication in multiple formats;

  • Ability to organize and create structure within complex systems and excellent analytical skills.

  • The candidate will need the ability to “own” projects and perform detailed analysis of client business requirements;

  • Strong Communication and Flexibility – Easily adapt to change and evolution in a growing office and willing to take on more responsibility for career and skill growth;

  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (mandatory).
